First idea presentation

The idea of our company is to unify all the loyalty cards in our smartphone app and offer the best possible attractive promotions for the users. We want to offer a wide variety of promotions so that the customers can engage easily. We will focus on Barcelona market in the beggining, and if the business goes well, we would expand our application to other cities. The app will be free for the users. Regarding the advantages for companies of using our application, they will be able to reduce their marketing costs and increase the efectiveness of their campaigns, they will be able to treat their customers in a customized way and interact with them in an easy way. Also, they will know in real time the impact of their promotions and all the related statistics.

Problem:

The problem is that people are always carrying a lot of cards of different business or activities and they can lose them and it is not practical to have to wear them. Moreover, people don't always benefit as much as they could from promotions/discounts due to lack of time or because they don't remember.

But companies have also a problem with their fidelity programs! Companies have high expenses sending emails and postal code in which they rarely obtain feedback. Also, companies are spending a lot in developing their own applications which creates a problem for the customers because then they have to download a lot of applications.

Who is our Customer?

Our customer will be:

- Companies using loyalty systems
- Young people using loyalty cards or that want to take advantage of attractive promotions/discounts.
- Families using loyalty cards and concerned about getting the best offers
- Old people using loyalty cards and that they want to benefit from the reward system and adapt to technology.

According to the first problem the solution will be the use of new technologies and a new strategy that can be use in all public transport to avoid the waste of paper also, the solution will be that you could pay with a credit card anytime and be charged the same amount of money as if it was a public transport trip with a usual card. it could also work with a plastic card as the oyster.
